Vivek Joshi is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Uttarakhand. He is a part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at PSL Advocates & Solicitors. His areas of practice include Arbitration law, Civil law and Criminal law. He regularly appears in various courts in India representing a variety of clients across a wide range of industries.

He is currently engaged in a wide array of matters including but not limited to civil and commercial laws along with insolvency disputes. He regularly appears in arbitration disputes arising out of franchise agreements, dealership agreements, EPC contracts et al.

To achieve his academic endeavours, Vivek has also completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in International Human Rights from the prestigious National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. He has adjudged several moot court, mediation and med-arb competitions organized by reputed universities in India.

In his spare time, Vivek is extremely fond of practicing meditation and loves to try new cuisines and explore new cities.
