Vipul Jai in an experienced lawyer with around 10 years of experience in dispute resolution practice. He has advised and acted for various clients ranging from private entities from varied sectors like pharmaceutical, infrastructure, media houses etc., to government undertakings like ONGC and Bank of India. He is an engineer turned lawyer who has done B. Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication before completing his law from IIT Kharagpur with specialisation in Intellectual Property Law. He was an independent legal practitioner before joining PSL Advocates & Solicitors. 

He has, apart from dispute resolution practice, been instrumental in handling trademark portfolios for pharmaceutical companies, media houses and artists from music industry.  That in addition, he is also handling domestic Arbitrations and matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He is currently representing various clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, DRT and DRAT.
