Vasudha is a graduate from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU, New Delhi. She is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. She is a part of the Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution team at PSL Advocates & Solicitors. Her keen interest lies in matters related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Commercial Arbitration. She has been regularly appearing before Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT and Consumer Forums.

Vasudha is a theatre enthusiast and has worked with a Delhi-based theatre group in her college days. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and listening to music.
