Mihir Modi is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, having experience in the field of Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation. He completed his LL.M in Financial Regulations from Kirit P Mehta, School of Law, NMIMS University, Mumbai, and LL.B from MKES College of Law, Mumbai.

He has a post-qualification experience spanning over three years and his major practice areas involve Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Arbitration, Corporate Commercial Disputes, and Media & Entertainment laws.
