Himesh, an alumnus of Gujrat National Law University is a part of the dispute resolution team, focusing primarily on construction arbitrations, real estate disputes and insolvency matters. His interest lies in complex disputes arising out of commercial contracts between parties, especially in relation to franchisee agreements and infrastructure development agreements.

Himesh specializes in contract negotiation, client dealing and advisory in real estate transactions. He has been dealing in construction arbitrations, real estate disputes and insolvency matters. He has also successfully represented clients including multinational corporations in high stake matters in issues surrounding complex disputes arising out of commercial contracts between parties, especially in relation to franchisee agreements and infrastructure development agreements before arbitral tribunals and judicial forums including the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts and district courts.
