Sameer Jain appointed as the Joint Secretary (North) of Arbitration Bar of India

Sameer Jain took over as 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵) of the Arbitration Bar of India.

Introducing the newest chapter in India’s arbitration landscape – the Arbitration Bar of India (ABI). ABI is a pivotal association dedicated to advancing Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms across the nation. Recently inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries including 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗿, Ashwini Vaishnaw, 𝗥 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗧𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝘁𝗮, and Gourab Banerji, the ABI stands poised to redefine excellence, professionalism, and efficiency in Dispute Resolution. Its members and office bearers will be the source of power to drive it forward.

With such distinguished leadership and a dedicated committee comprising renowned advisors, office bearers, and executive committee members, led by luminaries such as 𝗥 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶, Gourab Banerji, 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐝.) 𝐇𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐚, 𝗧𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝘁𝗮, Aditya Sondhi, PhD, 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧, 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗻, Vyapak Desai, FCIArb, Tejas Karia, FCIArb, 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘃𝗶 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻, Shashank Garg, Sonal Kumar Singh, FCIArb, Nandini Khaitan, Naresh Thacker, Vikas Mahendra, Payal Chawla, Amit George, Divyakant Lahoti, Raj Panchmatia, Moazzam Khan, Mayuri Tiwari Agarwala, Aanchal Basur, the ABI is set to make an earnest attempt in elevating India’s standing as a global arbitration hub. Through their collective efforts, we anticipate a paradigm shift towards greater efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in resolving disputes, thereby enhancing India’s appeal as a preferred destination for international arbitration.
