She started her professional journey with a corporate office and thereafter with a litigation firm. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts of various states and National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. She regularly appears before various tribunals across Delhi NCR and Mumbai has mastery in company matters, insolvency law and education laws and has been active stimulant for achieving settlements in various litigations.

Aakanksha has represented government as well as private organisations. She has represented clients in commercial advisory and litigation proceedings pertaining to intricate questions relating to financial frauds, acts of mismanagement, representing promoter and investor interest, representing professionals, promoters, resolution applicants, creditors and other stakeholders under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Aakanksha has also dealt with companies resolving to spearhead in the market of alternative energy including solar and hydel energy generation and also advises numerous promoters engaged in the business of e-commerce with respect to insurance, medical service, inter alia.

She regularly advises and litigates on behalf of our clients in legal proceedings arising out of property disputes, divorce proceedings, succession related matters. She is also involved in various pro-bono work involving the protection of the rights of women at work-place and also those relating to medical negligence.
