Rohan Gulati is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is currently engaged as an Associate with the Dispute Resolution team of PSL Advocates & Solicitors. His practice area is primarily focused on disputes arising out of construction contracts, franchise agreements, advertising agreements et al. Given his immense inclination towards arbitration law, he is currently assisting in a wide array of arbitration matters across a range of industries. He is frequently assisting in a wide range of disputes that also include insolvency, civil and criminal law.

Rohan has been instrumental in assessing various moot court, mediation and med-arb competitions organized by reputed universities in India. During his law school tenure, he had participated and secured meritorious positions in varied formats of competitions that included domestic and international moots, arbitral award writing competitions and essay writing competitions. He was the winner of the coveted Satya Hegde Essay Competition that is conducted by the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC).

Rohan is an ardent fan of Formula 1 racing and loves the mechanics involved in the sport.
